Don't stay home alone!
New Location for 2013
Come join us on Sunday evenings from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the
American Legion Post #17 at 1901 Harlan Strret in Edgewater CO
(just south of 20th and Harlan on the west side). Normally we
will meet there every Sunday evening.
However, please check the locations for our meetings on special
Sundays under the "Sunday Meetings" tab.
We (single men and women 50 to 80) enjoy an entertaining /informative program or a social mixer, followed by a meal together. Besides a wide variety of interesting speakers and entertainment, some of our most
popular meetings include a Soup and Chili Cook-off, Thanksgiving
Feast, Holiday Dinner/Dance and a White Elephant gift exchange.
Come to a meeting and we will be glad to show you around,
introduce you to members, and answer any questions you may
have. Check us out soon!
Visitors are always welcome. Dress is very casual and we'll
help you feel relaxed. Admittance fee is $6.00 (includes
program and meal) for members and new visitors. Non-Member fee
is $12 after a one month trial period (if you haven't joined by
then).
We also enjoy other activities together during the week, such an evening of dining, card or board games, movies, plays, summer walks, wine tasting, and miniature golf. Weekend activities include picnics, mountain excursions, sporting events, snowshoeing, and sightseeing.
